Characters and voice cast
- Romélia von Graham (ロメリア・フォン・グラハム) - main character, voiced by Yuna Nemoto (根本優奈). She set out on a journey with her fiancé, Prince Henri, to slay Zelgis—the Demon King who had threatened their homeland—only to find herself with a broken engagement once the battle was won. Yet, it seems she still has a mission to fulfill.
- Al (アル) - supporting character, voiced by Jin Ogasawara (小笠原仁). A soldier in the army organized by Romélia. He is a young man of peasant origin who cares deeply for his comrades. Although he initially viewed Romélia—a noblewoman raising an army—with suspicion, dismissing it as a mere "rich girl's whim," he came to pledge his loyalty to her after witnessing her sincere actions.
- Ray (レイ) - supporting character, voiced by Tomohiro Oono (大野智敬). A soldier in the army organized by Romélia. He is a young man—raised in a church after being taken in as an orphan—who tends to be somewhat timid. He pledges his loyalty to Romélia, who placed her trust in him and entrusted her safety to him despite his vastly inferior social standing; though he shakes off his fear…
- Henri Lleus Lionel (アンリ・レウス・ライオネル) - supporting character, voiced by Yuuya Hirose (広瀬裕也). He is the First Prince and Romélia's former fiancé. During the journey to defeat Zelgis, he came to view Romélia as useless and unilaterally broke off their engagement. It appears he has since decided to become engaged to Elisabeth, who had been traveling with them.
- Elizabeth (エリザベート) - supporting character, voiced by Sayaka Senbongi (千本木彩花). A saintess who had been traveling with Romélia. She ingratiated herself with Romélia and her companions to secure her standing in her homeland, eventually usurping the position of Henri's fiancée.
- Ekaterina (エカテリーナ) - supporting character, voiced by Mariya Ise (伊瀬茉莉也). A witch who traveled with Romélia. She instructs Henri in the use of magic she learned from her own mentor. She initially approached the group with the aim of becoming Henri's fiancée, but after losing that position to Elisabeth, she parted ways with them.
- Ryoki (リョキ) - supporting character, voiced by Asaka (亜咲花). A female swordswoman who traveled with Romélia. Confident in her swordsmanship, she taught Henri how to use a sword. She had approached the group hoping to become Henri's fiancée, but after losing that position to Elisabeth, she left them.
- Gran (グラン) - supporting character, voiced by Shouya Chiba (千葉翔也). Handsome twin playboys who spend their days off going on double dates with different women. Constantly mistaken for one another by those around them, they assumed no one could ever tell them apart—until...
- Ragn (ラグン) - supporting character, voiced by Gakuto Kajiwara (梶原岳人). Handsome twin playboys who spend their days off going on double dates with different women. Constantly mistaken for one another by those around them, they assumed no one could ever tell them apart—until...
- Otto (オットー) - supporting character, voiced by Ryuunosuke Watanuki (綿貫竜之介). Leveraging his massive frame—one of the largest in the Rome Squad—he excels at both offense and defense. Though a man of few words, he is always smiling amidst the squad members as they joke around or bicker; he is the kindest man in the unit.
- Kyle (カイル) - supporting character, voiced by Shun Horie (堀江瞬). Although he is one of the biggest goofballs in the Rome Squad, he is secretly a highly capable member who leverages his small, agile physique to handle tasks like reconnaissance, infiltration, and escort duties. That said, he often gets scolded by Al and Ray for getting too carried away.
- Hans (ハンス) - supporting character, voiced by Hiromichi Tezuka (手塚ヒロミチ). Rome became a soldier after following his fellow townsman, Glein. Whenever a dispute breaks out within the squad, he always steps in to mediate.
- Bray (ブライ) - supporting character, voiced by Hiroki Matsukawa (松川裕輝). The most popular among the children. He is a kind-hearted, big-brother figure who is always the first to notice a comrade who has failed to escape in time and rushes to their aid.
- Say (セイ) - supporting character, voiced by Tasuku Kaito (海渡翼). He has the temperament of a member of the public morals committee; he is a serious, diligent worker. The women Tarth falls for generally end up liking Say.
- Rhett (レット) - supporting character, voiced by Naoki Sakurai (櫻井尚輝). The most sociable member of the squad. Possessing impeccable manners and excellent decorum, he became an aide to Romélia thanks to his refined conduct.
